Our Terms and Conditions
We've completely redesigned our booking terms and conditions for these specific itineraries. We have focused on increased flexibility with confirmations, cancellation policies, rescheduling and refunds.
We believe in transparency, and so each DPE quote we provide will show our planning fee separately to that of the tour price. Our planning fee includes:
- local expertise (from destination expertise, multi-lingual staff and legal requirements for tour operations)
- tour preparation support (includes: staff training, client meetings, tour prep materials)
- all operations and logistical management
- 24/7 emergency support should anything happen whilst the group is on tour

Selling Tips
Clients often need a little more information about a tour especially when there are new elements and a new focus in group travel.
As we return to travelling, not everything can be as it was before the pandemic. Additional elements in each European destination may change access to attractions, group sizes will be smaller and, due to the concern for overtourism, many destinations are taking action to manage the volume of visitors.
We’ve taken great care to design these itineraries taking into account opportunities to maximise local experiences for our travellers in light of current challenges and health and safety protocols.
